Note on Device Information: We do not collect any device-specific information, IP addresses, or browser fingerprints. Your visit to our site is private.

Note on Payment Information: Payment information is processed directly by our secure payment providers. At no point is your credit card information or other sensitive financial data stored on our servers. The payment provider may independently collect your email address and that is securely held on their servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used solely for the purpose of:

Sending order confirmation emails to the purchaser
Delivering the e-card link to the recipient via email
Allowing recipients to request access recovery if they lose access to their e-card (e.g., using a new device or clearing browser data)

Note on Access Recovery: When a recipient requests to recover access to their e-card, we use their stored email address to send a secure recovery link. This ensures only the intended recipient can view the e-card, even if the original link is shared.

4. Data Retention

We believe in data minimization. Here is our data retention schedule:

E-card Access: E-cards are accessible for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Recipient Information: Recipient email addresses and personalized message contents are automatically deleted from our systems after 30 days.
Order Records: Basic order records (without personal message content) are archived after 30 days and permanently deleted after 12 months.
Access Tokens: Browser-based access tokens that enable e-card viewing expire after 30 days.

5. Information Sharing

We only share information with third-party service providers essential to completing your transaction:

Payment Processors (to securely handle your payment)
Email Providers (to physically deliver the messages)

We do not share your information with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
