Refund Policy

All products sold through Art and Song Cards are digital goods, including e-cards, music, and images. Because digital products can be previewed before purchase and are delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error;
- The product was not delivered due to a fault on our end and the issue cannot be resolved;
- The delivered product is materially different from what was shown in the preview.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at the email address below. Please include your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
